1. Who we are

NCLEX Up ("we," "us," "our") provides NCLEX-RN practice questions and study tools through the website at nclexup.com and any successor domains. By using the service or purchasing the NCLEX Pass Pack, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you're buying

The NCLEX Pass Pack is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the NCLEX Up practice question bank, timed exam mode, select-all-that-apply (SATA) scoring, readiness tracking, and the snap-a-photo practice-question generator. There is no recurring subscription.

We may add, remove, or change features over time. We will not remove core access to the question bank you paid for.

3. Content accuracy disclaimer

Practice questions, answer choices, and rationales in NCLEX Up are provided for study purposes on an "as is" basis. They are not individually authored or reviewed by licensed nurses or medical professionals, and errors are possible.

You should always cross-reference any content with official NCLEX study materials and your nursing program's curriculum. If you find a question that looks incorrect, use the Report button on the question so we can review and remove it.

4. Not medical or professional advice

NCLEX Up is for study and exam preparation only. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, legal advice, or professional guidance of any kind. Nothing in the product should be relied upon for clinical decision-making.

NCLEX Up is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), the NCLEX-RN examination, or any nursing board.

5. No pass guarantee

Practicing with NCLEX Up does not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX-RN examination. Test outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your overall preparation, the actual exam questions you receive, and your performance on test day. We make no warranty regarding exam results.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the NCLEX Pass Pack for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing support@nclexup.com from the email address used to purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days, the purchase is non-refundable.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the question bank or rationales
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the service
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Use the service to violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction

9. Intellectual property

All content in NCLEX Up — questions, rationales, interface, branding — is owned by NCLEX Up or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own NCLEX preparation. You do not acquire ownership of the content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCLEX Up is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the NCLEX Pass Pack.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
